Fantastic hot sauce. It's hot, not at all wimpy with heat, but also really nice complex flavor... Sometimes hotsauces with difference flavors are like a weird gimmick juxtaposition flavor thing, but this is not one of those.... this is actually a really really nice cohesive and complex flavor with that really nice habanero heat. Very fresh and clean sauce, and even with the somewhat unique grapefruit element, it seems to elevate anything that already goes well with habanero. It's an honest, great hot sauce. Will buy again.
