This hot sauce dances on my tongue and rounds out smoothly with a kick. I make a Thai soup in the cooler weather and can't wait to add it a the end. Also, I will use on on my Pad Thai recipe and see if my friends notice any subtle differences. This will be a staple sauce in my home. Keep up the great work!
