This hot sauce dances on my tongue and rounds out smoothly with a kick. I make a Thai soup in the cooler weather and can't wait to add it a the end. Also, I will use on on my Pad Thai recipe and see if my friends notice any subtle differences. This will be a staple sauce in my home. Keep up the great work!

This is my absolute favorite hot sauce!!First tasted it at the NY state fair last year and have since been through about 10 bottles. It is the perfect amount of flavor and heat. 10/10 recommend!!
